Cancellation Policy

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. Late arrivals after 15 minutes will be charged a $15 fee and will receive an automatic appointment cancelation. Same day cancelations will be charged a $25 fee after 12 hours if the appointment is not rescheduled. No call, no shows will automatically be blocked from future service appointments, or after 1st offense, we will be required to pay all services in full upfront. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us within 24 hours.
